Help and recovery

Injuries and getting help

Respond to injury, request the right kind of assistance and preserve a scene when something goes wrong.

Play the immediate condition

When your character is injured, follow the state shown by the game and roleplay what others can observe. Do not use unrelated actions to bypass a restriction or instantly continue as though nothing happened.

Ask the right people

Seek in-character medical help when the problem belongs to the scene. Use /helpme for a gameplay question or technical support request. Use /report <player> <reason> when staff need to review an urgent player-related problem.

Give useful context

Keep a request short and factual: what happened, where you are and what is preventing progress. Do not flood requests or open several for the same issue. Continue the scene safely when possible while waiting for a response.

If the issue is technical

Avoid repeating an action that may duplicate money or items. Record the visible result, relevant names and approximate time, then explain that context in the support request.
