Organization fleet vehicles are persistent vehicles titled to one organization rather than one character. They retain fuel, condition, location, lock state, and ordinary vehicle storage. This guide remains a draft until the service-fleet and heavy-delivery real-client walkthrough is complete.
Meet the authority requirements
Any current service-faction member may inspect their organization’s fleet list. Buying and retiring require duty in that exact organization plus fleet.manage; retrieving, parking, and ordinary operation require duty plus fleet.use. Losing duty, membership, or the relevant capability blocks the next controlled action without changing title or ejecting occupants.
Use /fleet models to see only the reviewed law or rescue models authorized by the same organization rank. This is capability policy, not a hidden organization-id or rank-number rule.
List and retrieve fleet vehicles
- Use
/fleet listto create a fresh list of the organization’s active vehicles. - Note whether the intended plate is parked, out, or recovering.
- Use
/fleet getwith the current list reference for a parked vehicle. - Find it at its saved parking position and use ordinary vehicle controls.
A reference is temporary and belongs to the latest fleet list. Reopen the list after changing organization context or after a stale-reference refusal. Retrieval respects the organization-wide limit of 16 spawned fleet vehicles and refuses an active impound hold or destruction-recovery wait.
Fleet vehicles do not issue synthetic personal keys. On-duty access is rechecked through the owning organization when the engine, lock, trunk, parking, or other controlled action is used.
Buy an eligible fleet vehicle
An authorized manager buys at the Unity dealership with organization-bank funds:
- Go to Unity while on duty.
- Use
/fleet modelsand review the exact model id and price. - Use the buy action under
/fleetfor that exact model id, with the confirmation the command panel shows, only after checking the model and price. - Wait for the final result before checking the fleet list or organization balance.
A completed purchase creates one organization title and one append-only registration trail. It never creates a personal owner key. Purchases refuse insufficient organization funds, the 32-vehicle ownership cap, stale authority, an unreviewed model, or an unavailable delivery profile before claiming success.
The Fire Truck is in the reviewed fleet catalogue, but direct heavy-model purchase remains closed until its dedicated Unity delivery position is verified. Management can place reviewed launch vehicles through the checked grant route after walking the intended service location.
Park a fleet vehicle
Drive the owning organization’s vehicle onto supported static ground and use /fleet park. Parking requires management and operating authority, validates the ground, commits the current condition and location, and only then removes the runtime vehicle.
A shared occupant, membership, or capability does not change title. Ordinary /v park is for character vehicles and intentionally refuses organization ownership.
Retire a fleet vehicle
Retirement permanently ends an organization vehicle at Unity and returns the displayed policy value to the organization bank.
- Empty all item storage.
- Bring the intended fleet vehicle to Unity.
- Leave every occupant outside and stand beside it.
- Run
/fleet listand identify the exact current reference. - Use the retire action under
/fleetonce, with the current reference and the confirmation the command panel shows. - Verify the fleet list and organization balance before attempting anything else.
Retirement refuses stored items, unpaid vehicle records, active service work, wrong ownership, stale references, occupants, or an unresolved lifecycle operation. It does not transfer the vehicle to a member or another organization.
Recover from unclear results
- The fleet is unavailable: confirm current faction duty and both required capabilities.
- Retrieval fails: reopen
/fleet list, check whether the vehicle is already out, recovering, held, or blocked by the 16-spawn cap. - Purchase fails: check the exact model policy, organization balance, 32-title cap, and current delivery availability.
- Parking fails: move to conventional supported outdoor ground and make sure the owning authorized driver is in control.
- Retirement fails: empty storage, clear occupants, return beside the exact vehicle at Unity, and use a fresh reference.
- A financial result is unclear: compare the organization balance and
/fleet listbefore retrying. Do not create a duplicate purchase or retirement while the first operation may be reconciling.
Eligible law, ambulance, and fire fleet vehicles now share their ordinary item-holder capacity with filtered organization equipment racks. Rack use requires separate on-duty fleet.rack authority and an open rear; stock management additionally requires an owning armory and duty.stock. See Going on duty and selecting a service uniform for the issue, return, stock, and recovery workflow.
