Managed stock is consumed by eligible store, venue, table-service, and charged-cover transactions. Business restock orders connect organization funding to a trucker delivery. Automated payment, interruption, cargo-loss, reconnect, capacity-race, and replay coverage is complete. This guide remains a draft until supported-client and two-client delivery verification is complete.

Review stock and permission

At the business, use /bizinfo or the status action under /restock. Any member can view status, while posting or cancelling requires the appropriate business rank capability. Only one unresolved order can exist for a business.

Empty stock refuses eligible purchases. A cover charge is waived when stock is empty even though ordinary entry can remain possible. When stock is available, paid entry completes only after both the cover payment and one stock unit are confirmed; a proved stock failure refuses entry and explicitly returns the charge. Pawnshop resale uses a separate stock model.

Post a restock order

Choose the requested units and driver pay through /restock. Posting charges the organization twice: once for the goods and once for the driver’s pay, which is held until a successful delivery releases it to the trucker. Capacity, organization funds, and current order state are checked.

Posting reserves exact stock capacity before publishing the order, so another stock credit or order cannot silently overfill the business. If a result is unclear, compare /restock status, /bizinfo, and the organization account before any retry. A full refund is confirmed only after both exact funding legs are reversed; partial or ambiguous recovery is retained for staff review.

Claim and collect as a trucker

  1. Hold the Trucker job and start a shift at Ocean Docks.
  2. Open /haulage and choose a fresh board reference.
  3. The first durable claim wins; ordinary scripted delivery is suspended.
  4. Drive the supplied job truck to the supply terminal.
  5. Collect the special traceable cargo item.

The cargo cannot use ordinary giving, dropping, or storage. It belongs to this haul workflow.

Deliver and settle

Drive the same shift truck to the business checkpoint. Successful delivery increases business stock, ends the active cargo assignment, and pays the trucker in carried cash. A normal scripted trucking run can then resume.

Wait for stock, cargo, and payment confirmation together before treating delivery as complete.

Cancel, lose, or resume

  • Cancelling an unclaimed order attempts to return both charges. An order nobody claims eventually expires on its own and returns them the same way.
  • Dropping a claimed haul before collection returns it to the board.
  • Dropping after collection fails the order and forfeits the cargo. The held driver payment returns to the organization; the goods charge does not.
  • Ending shift or leaving the job follows the same phase-dependent rule.
  • Disconnect preserves the claim and cargo. Reconnect, return to the depot, and use /work for a replacement truck before current expiry.
  • A business cannot be sold or administratively deleted, and its owning organization cannot be disbanded, while an order, stock reservation, or related recovery evidence remains unresolved. Unreadable evidence is treated as unavailable rather than clear.

Overdue or stolen cargo uses dedicated recovery and illicit handling; ordinary item commands remain unavailable. If fencing reports staff review, do not retry that cargo payout. An exact returned-payout message is distinct and means the cargo was not fenced.

Recover from uncertainty

Recheck /restock status, /bizinfo, personal inventory, organization funds, and carried cash before repeating posting, cancellation, collection, or delivery. Preserve the business, order reference, approximate time, and final message when state disagrees.

Exact stock caps, wholesale costs, driver-pay limits, deadlines, and illicit cargo values are intentionally omitted.
