Drug lots are persistent inventory entities with quantity, custody, and temporary use effects. The possession/use core is verified, but this combined guide remains a draft because mixed-storage references and newer packaging/growing extensions are not ready for public documentation.

Review carried lots

Use /drugs for the focused carried-lot view and /inventory for complete custody. Follow the current row’s quantity and in-game amount guidance rather than a copied dose table.

References are contextual. Reopen the list after use, transfer, storage, or any quantity change.

Give, drop, or pick up a loose lot

Established loose lots use the ordinary item flow:

  • /give offers a selected quantity to a nearby player and transfers only after acceptance;
  • /drop places a persistent world lot; and
  • /pickup takes an eligible drop at the current position.

Compatible loose quantities can combine after movement. World drops are not private storage. If the custody or quantity is unclear, inspect current inventory before repeating the action.

This draft intentionally excludes containers, package/unpack actions, cannabis seeds, planting, harvesting, and production.

Use a drug lot

  1. Be in character, conscious, controllable, and on foot.
  2. Open a fresh /drugs list.
  3. Choose the current lot and an amount accepted by its displayed guidance.
  4. Use /usedrug once.
  5. Wait for the private confirmation and recheck remaining quantity.

A refused or failed use consumes nothing and starts no effect. Do not describe any copied amount as medically safe; use only the current game guidance for the mechanic.

Understand temporary effects

A successful use starts a temporary visual or drunk-style profile. Effects do not directly change health or armour.

Only one drug profile is active at a time. Another successful use replaces or restarts the current profile instead of stacking a second independent effect. /drugeffect shows the current profile and remaining session time.

Effects end naturally and should clear across spawn, disconnect, and death. Death cleanup remains under verification. This guide does not publish exact levels, durations, purity formulas, or internal timers.

Use keyed vehicle storage

  1. Be on foot at the rear of a supported persistent vehicle.
  2. Hold access, unlock the vehicle, and open its trunk.
  3. Use the storage actions under /drug.
  4. Move the intended loose lot or supported quantity.
  5. Reopen both the drug and storage lists after each result.

Use the drug-specific storage flow rather than assuming the unified trunk dialog can move every drug lot. Capacity is shared with other item types and is not duplicated here.

Use keyed property storage

Inside a property where the character holds access, use the property actions under /drug to list, store, or take loose lots. Reopen the list after every movement before using another reference.

A shared property key gives meaningful access to its stored items. Treat that access deliberately.

Recover from common failures

  • Use is refused: refresh /drugs, confirm the current amount, get on foot, and correct the reported character state.
  • No effect appears: confirm consumption succeeded; failed mutation starts no effect.
  • Effect state around death is inconsistent: do not use another dose as a reset. Preserve the visible state and report the problem.
  • Vehicle storage fails: verify rear position, access, unlocked state, open trunk, and persistent-storage support.
  • Property storage fails: confirm the current property interior and key.
  • Storage contains mixed item types: the focused storage view remains unreliable. Prefer an unambiguous displayed label where supported, verify custody after every result, and stop if the intended lot cannot be selected safely.
  • Every drug action is refused at once: if giving, dropping, storing, and using all refuse together, your carried lots could not be read completely. Reconnect once, and if it persists report it with the exact message instead of retrying.
  • Quantity or custody is unclear: inspect /drugs, /inventory, and storage before retrying.

Exact drug catalogues, packaging, growing, supply prices, criminal evidence, and law-enforcement procedure remain outside this draft.
